1. Who you are dealing with

In these terms "we" and "Apraiz" mean that company, and "you" means you.
2. What these terms apply to
They apply to apraiz.eu, everything published on it, and the waitlist. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
How we handle personal data is not in these terms. It is in our privacy notice, which forms part of your agreement with us.
3. What this site is, and what it is not
Apraiz is not open yet. This site describes what we are building and lets you ask to be told when it opens.
- Any property value shown here is an illustration. The figures in the sample valuation window are made up for the purpose of showing you what the product will look like. They are not valuations, they do not describe any real property, and nobody should act on them.
- Our guides and neighborhood profiles are information, not advice. They are researched and sourced, and we say where each figure comes from and when it was current, but they are general background. They are not property advice, investment advice, legal advice or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional valuation or a survey.
- Third-party figures age. Prices, crime statistics, population counts and amenity counts come from public sources that publish on their own timetables. We date every figure. A dated figure is not a promise that it is still true today.
4. The waitlist
Joining is free, voluntary and puts you under no obligation. It does not buy you anything, reserve you anything or create a contract for any service. We will email you when Apraiz opens in your country, and that is all we will use your address for.
You can leave at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us, and you do not have to give a reason. We may also close the waitlist, change it or decide not to launch in a particular country.
5. What we ask of you
- Use an email address that is yours to use.
- Do not try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it.
- Do not scrape or copy the site in bulk, or reuse our content commercially, without asking us first. Reading it, quoting it with a credit and linking to it are all fine.
- Do not use the site to break the law or to harm anyone.
If you do any of these we may block your access. Where that affects a consumer we will tell you why and give you a way to respond.
6. Content and rights
The text, design, brand and code of this site belong to Apraiz or to the people we licensed them from. You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and quote from it with a credit and a link. Everything else needs our permission.
Some of what you read here is built on public data that stays with its owner and carries its own licence, which we honour and name on the page the figure appears on. That includes OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database Licence, the Deutscher Wetterdienst, national and municipal statistics offices publishing under open data licences, Natural Earth, and place details from Google Maps. Nothing here transfers their rights to you.
If you think something on this site infringes your rights, write to us at the address in section 1 and we will look at it promptly.
7. Links to other sites
We link to sources, statistics offices and other sites so you can check what we say. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Availability and changes
We would like the site to be available all the time and we cannot promise it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may update the content as sources are refreshed. While we are pre-launch the site is provided as it is, and we do not promise it is free of errors.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by you treating an illustrative figure or a general guide as advice about a particular property, which section 3 asks you not to do.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights, and any part of them that would take a statutory right away simply does not apply to you.
10. If you are a consumer
Everything on this site is currently free, and joining the waitlist is not a purchase, so there is nothing to withdraw from and no cooling-off period to run. When Apraiz starts offering paid services, you will get separate terms for those, and the withdrawal rights EU consumer law gives you for a distance contract will apply to them.
11. Complaints
If something is wrong, write to contact@apraiz.eu and we will answer. If we cannot settle it between us, a consumer can take it to the consumer protection or alternative dispute resolution body in their own country. Estonian consumers can approach the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
We no longer point you at the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, because it was shut down on 20 July 2025.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when we last did. If a change is significant we will make it obvious on the site rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
13. Which law applies, and where disputes go
These terms are governed by Estonian law, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, that does not cut you off from home. You keep the protection of any mandatory rule of the law of the country you live in, you can bring a claim in your own country's courts, and we can only bring one against you there.
